My Cattery will give your Queen the best quality treatment during herstay with us. She shall be given high quality cat food Iams or if you'd like another brand please supply it. She will have room to rest, play,and be at ease. Your Queen will be placed in a room together with my stud until I see
them breed. to ensure a pregnancy. Then she will be oberseved and rebred if she does not appear pregnant at no charge until she becomes pregnant however if you are not local you must reship your Queen if you find she is not pregant after she has been sent home. I will not be responsible for any medical expenses your queen needs
while she is here. The stress of the change of location, fluctuation in temperature, environmental conditions to which the kitten may be exposed, exposure to other animals, airborne/latent/surface bacteria and viruses, or exposure to disease or infection in any form, or many other sources of infection, may result in illness to the queen. No
offspring of my champion male and your queen can be sold as breeding cats. You have permission to keep kittens for your self for breeding purposes. If you want to sell kittens with breeding rights two female's from the liter are requested. Kittens cannot be leased or studded out to
anyone. This goes for best friends & family members as well. If you break the contract. Seller will sue buyer for the maximum amount of $ 4000.00 ------- Initial. My male has no feline disease if he becomes ill during the time his is with your Queen or within one month after half of his veternary expensive are expected. The stud service is a one time fee of $2500. We the undersigned, agree with the terms and conditions of this Contract, as stated herein, and wish to be legally bound by them. Furthermore, we the undersigned affirm thatthis Contract constitutes the totality of the agreement between the Stud and Queen Owner.
